Christine Briscoe

B Corp Consultant

Christine Briscoe (she/her) is passionate about using business as a force for good and is an enthusiastic B Corp advocate. She’s been involved in the B Corp community since moving to Colorado in early 2022, serves on the Boards of B Local Colorado and B Academics, and is also involved with Sustainable Resilient Longmont, where she resides.

She got engaged in corporate social responsibility while completing her MBA at the University of Maryland and wrote a paper on CSR in the apparel industry. She worked for two preeminent nonprofit associations in Washington DC – the Fair Labor Association and Responsible Business Alliance – educating and guiding companies of all sizes and industries on their CSR standards and Codes of Conduct, including around Labor, Human Rights, Health and Safety, Ethics, Environment and Management Systems. She enjoys helping organizations create policies and procedures, establish programs and create efficiencies through technology.

Christine grew up in Canada and Germany, speaks French, and had the opportunity to live in Europe and the UK and to travel to most continents. In addition to her MBA with a focus on International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Business Ethics, she also possesses a postgraduate degree in education and completed CU Boulder’s Climate Action for Business and ESG Strategy Certificate programs. As part of her involvement as a Network Leader, she has participated in B Lab US and Canada’s Racial Equity Learning Journey 2.0. In her free time, she enjoys taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer including hiking, cross-country skiing, running and biking. She also loves to swim and SUP, practice yoga and enjoys baking, art, photography and live music.
