About Your Facilitator
Carolina Miranda (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Cultivating Capital. As a B Corp Consultant, she brings more than 15 years experience in the B Corp movement, having certified her last employer in 2009 and then certified Cultivating Capital in 2012.
In addition to her experience working with countless companies on B Corp certification and recertification, she is well-regarded in the B Corp community for her expertise with the new standards. In 2023, she was the only consultant in the world to offer a free, year-long series of webinars on the new standards. In 2025, she presented on the new standards to the B Tourism group the day after the standards were released and then at BLD (B Corp Leadership Development) Mountain West two weeks later about how to engage with the new standards strategically.
She has been trained directly by B Lab twice, as an Outside Verifier and in the inaugural cohort of Trained B Consultants. Carolina was awarded the 2024 Hal Taussig Award, the B Corp community's highest honor, and the 2020 Community Builders award from B Lab for her contributions to the community.
FAQs
The program runs for 12 weeks from June 4 to August 6, with sessions held each week except for the week of the 4th of July.
The standard rate is $3,000. We also offer a sliding scale to support smaller businesses:
$2,500 for small businesses (annual revenue between $1M–$5M)
$2,000 for micro businesses (annual revenue under $1M)
A limited number of scholarships are available for companies with annual revenue under $250K.
Each session is 90 minutes. We recommend allocating an additional 30-60 minutes between sessions to review materials and to work on your self-assessment.
No problem! All sessions will be recorded and shared, along with presentation slides and resources.
Yes! We encourage companies to have their primary B Keeper attend, with the option to include additional team members.
This program helps you understand the new requirements, learn about which ones apply to your company, gain resources and tools for implementation, and connect with peers to support your journey.
No. The program accommodates companies of all sizes and industries, with specific guidance for how requirements differ based on size and sector.
