Rebecca Magee (she/her) has spent her career at the intersection of business and impact, working across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Prior to becoming a consultant, she led mission-related strategic initiatives at EILEEN FISHER and spearheaded the company’s B Corp certification, which resulted in its recognition as the largest certified women’s fashion company in 2015. She believes B Corp certification is one of the best tools to help companies build resilience and integrate their values across their programs and operations.
An experienced strategist, project leader and facilitator, her work has included evaluating and supporting hundreds of social entrepreneurs and conscious small businesses as a grantmaker, as well as creating transformational group learning experiences – from employee sustainability education programs to multi-day gatherings for women entrepreneurs. When not advising businesses, she’s embarking on her own entrepreneurial journey through her company Sister Seasons, which guides women to address their health in ways that restore our planet’s health and support their climate activism journey.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Environmental Studies from Georgetown University. As a lifelong learner, she has pursued additional training in facilitation, sustainable fashion, strategic foresight, and – most recently – yoga teaching.
